Feb. 25
12:01 p.m. Officers served a summons to Laryn Hignite,  freshman from Olive Hill, Ky., for 2nd degree criminal mischief following an investigation.
4:42 p.m. A caller from Wells Hall requested an officer check on an individual possibly in distress. An officer determined the individual was OK. An officer took a report.
11:22 p.m. A caller reported a disturbance near Chestnut Street at the footbridge. Officers were unable to locate any disturbance.
Feb. 26
4:35 p.m. Facilities Management notified Public Safety they would be conducting bird eradication. Officers and Murray police were notified.
10:45 p.m. A caller from Racer Arena requested an officer check four individuals possibly causing problems with the building staff. The individuals were gone on officer arrival.
11:38 p.m. An officer checked a vehicle at 16th and Main streets. The vehicle was parked on the grass with no one near it.
Feb. 27
2:52 a.m. A caller from White College requested assistance retrieving keys that were dropped down the elevator shaft. Central Plant was notified.
11:47 a.m. A caller from Regents College requested officers check the welfare of an individual who had not contacted the caller recently. Officers located the individual and requested she call the concerned person.
2:13 p.m. A caller from Hester College reported a sparking electrical outlet. An officer, Murray fire department and Central Plant responded. Murray State Environmental Safety and Health, the fire marshal and Housing were notified. An officer took a report.
Feb. 28
3:02 p.m. An officer at Massey Citgo assisted in unlocking a vehicle with a small child inside.
6:32 p.m. An individual at Public Safety requested to speak to an officer concerning a possible harrassment. An officer spoke with the individual and took an information report.
8:17 p.m. A fire alarm was activated at Franklin College. Officers and Murray fire department determined the smoke was caused by a stuck washing machine belt on the second floor. The fire marshal was notified.
March 1
2 p.m. Officers served a summons to Benjamin Stone, sophomore from Owensboro, Ky., for 3rd degree criminal mischief following an investigation.
9:38 p.m. A caller requested to speak to an officer about a phone call. Officers spoke with the caller and located the individual believed to have made the phone call. Officers obtained a warrant for 2nd degree stalking.
11:15 p.m. A caller from White College requested to speak to an officer concerning a possible threat. The officer made contact with the individuals involved and told them to have no further contact.
March 2
9:18 a.m. Officers arrested Darin Tisdal, junior from Paducah, Ky., for 2nd degree stalking on a warrant issued after an investigation of further contact with the individual in a previous report.
12:17 p.m. Murray police notified Public Safety of a medical emergency in Alexander Hall. An individual was transported to Murray-Calloway County emergency room.
7 p.m. An individual at Public Safety requested to speak to an officer about a possible theft. An officer took a report for theft by unlawful taking under $500.
March 3
7:12 a.m. Calloway County fire and rescue notified Public Safety of two individuals possibly missing. The individuals were located at an off-campus location.
10:49 a.m.  Facilities Management notified Public Safety of a damaged door in Racer Arena. An officer took a report for 3rd degree criminal mischief.
2:38 p.m.  A caller from Waterfield Library requested officers check individuals in a van who were yelling at passersby. An officer spoke with the individuals.

8:12 p.m. A caller reported two or three individuals on the roof of Racer Arena. The individuals were gone on officer arrival. An officer secured the roof access.
