In an effort to increase awareness about the regular lifestyles of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender members of the Murray State community, Alliance will display "Live Homosexual Acts" such as reading, studying, eating lunch and playing games, Anthony Jones, president of Alliance, said.
Both excitement and concerns are building among Murray State students as the transition from scheduling classes via Racer-Touch to an online program draws near. Administrators will implement the program, called myGate, next semester in time for students to schedule for fall 2009, according to the Murray State Registrar's Office.
